Design approval and payment
Catia will email the final design for customer approval. After the design is accepted, full payment is due upfront through Square before production begins.

Please review these terms before approving and paying for a custom order.
Starting prices and sales tax
Displayed prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on product, quantity and customization. Sales tax is 8% and will be included in the final total.
Bulk-order savings
Orders become bulk orders at 6 items. Customers receive $5 off each item after the first 5 items. Final bulk pricing is confirmed with the quote.
Turnaround and rush orders
Regular orders normally take 5–7 business days; bulk orders take 10–12 business days. Rush service adds $10 to a regular order or $20 to a bulk order.
Changes and cancellations
Review spelling, colors, sizes, placement and artwork carefully. Changes may not be possible after design approval, payment or the start of production.
Pickup, delivery and shipping
Shipping is $3.99. Drop-off is available within Madison County, Alabama. Local pickup can be arranged at a mutually agreed meeting location.
No refunds; exchanges for order problems
All sales are final and no refunds are issued. If there is a problem with an order, including a custom order, Catia will work with the customer to correct it through an exchange.

Catia serves Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas. Customers who are unsure whether their location is covered should call, text or email before ordering.
Privacy and secure payment
Customer details are used to prepare quotes, communicate about orders and fulfill purchases. Payment is handled securely through Square; this website does not store card information.
