How do I start an order?
Submit a custom quote request. Include sizes, colors, quantity, wording, placement, your needed-by date and any artwork or inspiration files.
Can I order for a business, team or group?
Yes. An order becomes a bulk order at 6 items. Each item after the first 5 receives a $5 discount. Bulk orders normally take 10–12 business days.
How is final pricing determined?
Displayed prices are starting prices. The final total depends on the product, quantity, sizes, artwork, decoration method, placement and fulfillment.
Can I submit my own logo or inspiration?
Yes. Include artwork details with your request and attach logo or inspiration files when the prepared email opens.
What sizes and colors are available?
Sizes S–4XL are available in white, black, sky blue, yellow, navy, purple, red and orange.
How long will my order take?
Regular orders normally take 5–7 business days. Bulk orders normally take 10–12 business days. Rush service is $10 for regular orders and $20 for bulk orders.
How do pickup, delivery and shipping work?
Shipping is $3.99. Catia can arrange drop-off within Madison County, Alabama, or meet customers locally for pickup.
When will I be charged?
Submitting a request does not charge you. Catia emails the final design for approval first. After approval, full payment is due upfront through Square before production begins.
